Since I started PvEing though, I used Elvui, and i'm now very used to it. My friend tells me to get rid of that ElvUI is a powerful tool and you can do a lot with it but you need to put the time in. It's difficult to recommend you anything since I'm not exactly sure what you would like your UI to be.
